Out-patient guidance

For further information regarding travel medication, you may register and make an appointment of the 10th Clinic (Travel Medicine Clinic) of the Department of Family Medicine, National Taiwan University hospital. Online Registration is available through https://reg.ntuh.gov.tw/webadministration/English/defaultEng.aspx

If online registration is full, patients/visitors are advised to come on the day of your intended visit and register on-site at the Registration & Cashier Counter from 7:45 to 10:30 am. Should on-site registration be full, you may request the doctor for an additional registration slip at his/her clinic.

Before coming, you may need to prepare your documents and information including: passport, identity document, area you plan to visit (including the length of stay), relevant document form that requires the assistance by a physician or a personal health related information, etc.

In addition to the National Taiwan University Hospital, other travel medical collaborating hospitals are also providing the services.
